Integration Fundamentals
To implement our products, it is necessary to establish an information exchange between your platform and menta. The initial process involves sending data related to:
- The creation, modification, or cancellation of events.
- The issuance, modification, and deletion of tickets.
Available Products
Our products include:
- SuperSwap: An official secondary market per event to facilitate ticket resale.
- TicketShield: Complete security for each ticket, ensuring its authenticity.
- TrustShare and other digital ticket management products.
Configuration
These products can be configured from the menta Dashboard. From the panel, you can:
- Activate or deactivate products.
- Define specific rules, such as the timing of QR code or barcode unlocks.
- Set price and quantity limits for the secondary market.
Once the basic integration is complete, you can leverage our products with minimal effort. menta handles the backend and main workflows, while you will only need to make minor adjustments on the frontend to maintain a seamless user experience consistent with your platform.
Webhook Notifications
Each product's configuration should be conditionally handled by listening to Webhook notifications provided by menta. These Webhooks will inform you about:
- The status of the products (activated or deactivated).
- Relevant changes, such as ticket ownership transfers.
